Privacy Policy
In a word: we collect no personal information. This site has no application server, no database and no user accounts. This page explains what is actually kept, where, and how to erase it.
1. Who is responsible
Vivacite Jeux HQ is a personal site, run independently. Vivacite Jeux HQ is operated from 3275 Austin Peay Hwy, Memphis, TN 38128, United States. Phone: +1 (901) 386-9181. Email: [email protected]. For any question about this policy or about exercising your rights, that email address is our privacy contact.
2. Information we collect
None. We have no sign-up form, no newsletter, no analytics tool and no ad network. The site sets no HTTP cookies and sends no requests to any third-party server: no remote fonts, no external images, no social media buttons.
The only message you can send us goes through the form on the contact page. That form sends nothing anywhere: it assembles a mailto: link in your browser and opens your email app. You see the message before it leaves, and it's your email provider, not us, that delivers it.
3. What is kept on your device
The site writes to your browser's local storage (localStorage), which never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us.
| Key | Contents | Category |
|---|---|---|
vjhq_consent | Your decision on the categories, the date of that decision, and any Do Not Track or GPC signals observed. | Strictly necessary |
vjhq_serie | Your daily challenge streak: the number of consecutive days, your best streak, the date of the last completed challenge and today's results. | Preferences |
vjhq_2048 | Your highest tile reached in 2048. | Preferences |
vjhq_snake | Your highest apple count in a single game. | Preferences |
vjhq_pairs | Your lowest move count in Pairs, by size. | Preferences |
vjhq_tangram | Your best time in Tangram. | Preferences |
vjhq_pairs_taille | The last size chosen in Pairs. | Preferences |
Until you accept the “preferences” category, nothing in the second category is written. If you decline it after having accepted it, those keys are erased immediately.
The daily challenge plays the same way with or without this category. What changes: without it, your streak remembers nothing from one day to the next. The daily challenge itself is recomputed from the date, never from a saved record.
4. Analytics and advertising
No analytics tool is installed on this site as of today. No ad network either. The corresponding categories exist in the “Manage my choices” window so that, should one of them ever be enabled, it would be with your prior consent and not by default. The advertising disclosure describes the rules that would then apply.
5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We read navigator.doNotTrack and navigator.globalPrivacyControl and record their values in your consent record. Since no optional category is on by default, these signals change nothing about the site's current behavior: there's nothing to turn off. Under the CCPA/CPRA, a GPC signal counts as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; we sell and share none. These signals would be decisive if analytics were ever added.
6. Your rights
Applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state privacy laws, give you the right to know what personal information a business holds about you, to access it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing.
We hold nothing about you, which makes these rights simple to exercise: there is no file to view, correct or transmit. You can erase the data kept on your device yourself, by unchecking “Preferences” in “Manage my choices” at the bottom of any page. You can also write to us at [email protected]; we respond within 45 days, as the CCPA allows (extendable once by 45 days with notice).
If our response doesn't satisfy you, you can contact the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at reportfraud.ftc.gov, or your state Attorney General's office.
7. Children
The site is aimed at a general audience. Since it collects no information, it collects none from children under 13 either, and nothing here triggers the notice-and-consent requirements of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). See the Parent Info page.
8. Changes
Any change to this policy will be published on this page with a new update date. If an analytics tool or an ad network were ever added, this page would be updated the same day, and section 4 would stop saying “none.”
